and i had to bunk bed with a man, duh! (alright, i mean amanda luh) she's such a violent sleeper i had to wake up & change room in the middle of the night. & she deprived me of the blanket.

oh, that was also the reason why 3 posts ago, i blogged early in the morning at 6.14am. haha, and yes, Fern Loft Bagpackers Hostel is the camp venue. haha!

gosh,still havent blogged abt canoeing camp & ms teo zhixin (aka apple teo, rmb? -laughs) but thr's sth more impt. ytd after bathing,i was going to practise fighting mock pprs in preparatn for my battle against term exams, when a foreign white object greeted me on my table.

hello world, its 6.14am and the sky is a dark, misty blue and LYNETTE is sitting here, somewhr far far away from home, typing away. if ure online now, ure probably wondering what on earth i'm doing online at such unearthly hours, but think again. if u saw me online, ure probably online urself too, right? ;p

okay,its not everyday u get to see me wink and stick out my tongue like that ugly smiley face at the end of the previous paragrah, which is something i dont use often as well. so, be appreciative of this post. ;D

decided to cancel out alot of things in my LIST.

anw,chinatown with elaine and ari tdy.not our hangout place,bt we had some dumb chinese project.so yea.

the whole trip was a bore except for lunch at some rly good jap restaurant (beside macdonalds at chinatown point) whr i spoke in english to the china waitress who at the end of my sentence went, "huh?".they played techno music which we demanded volume to be lowered.haha!strange as it seems,but elaine somehow seemed to like techno music.hmm.

and thn ari and i didnt know how to go home so we decided to go to zara at great world since elaine said thr was a shuttle bus to great world.and we are so going to kill steal her food for that.because it was a shuttle bus for tourists and it goes to hotels.

so we boarded the bus, filled with golden-headed ppl excpt for this 1 prbly mexican man.we pretended to be tourists too.she, indonesian & i, malaysian.we acted as if the old caucasian couple who boarded the bus with us were our parents.strange thing is,we spoke in (what we considered) chinese.

it was hilarious,the whole journey! we tried to say everything in chinese only to realise tht thr was no need to cause nobody would be listening to us anw. oh, thr was this once the driver askd a few ppl whr they were going & i was so afraid he'll ask me.if he did,i'll probably say "great world city" & if it didnt work, i'll go, "i mean, grand copthrone."

haha,the whole journey ari and my heart skipped at least 3212903 beats i swear.bcs the bus kept turning here and thr, opp direction of whr great world was.fortunately,it went to grand copthrone whr we alighted,whr our temporary parents alighted too (thank God).oh,the caucasian old man was rly nice and cute.he supported us as we alighted.he was so smiley!it made it more convincing tht they were our parents.

thn ari and i had to think of a way to pretend to walk into the hotel but not walk in the hotel.so we deliberately walked slowly, behind the smiley old caucasian couple until they went into the hotel and we made a smooth turn out.hahahahaha!

finally, low & behold,we arrived at great world city.oh yes,prior to that,we jay-walked to kimseng bowling shop which ari thought was uncle richard's shop,which was not in the end.sry if that sounded confusing.u didnt have to knw.haha!

and thn i had dinner with my sis.

GP in the morng, PW interview in the afternoon.& the rest of the day was dedicated to city hall area with grace(!).tried to get my swatch's strap changed/shortern the chain/hunt for a new watch the whole day, to no avail.

grace bought her electric guitar waa waa & distorter (which was a steal) & we shoppd ard.she left & i shopped alone for the rest of the day.well, i actually intended to go home,bt i didnt knw how to take a bus home, so i headed for suntec, whr temptatn to shop overwhelmed me.

saw alot of things, but as usual, scarcity prevails.found myself stuck in the usual, vicious, very vicious, cycle of unlimited wants but limited resources. need to manage my resource allocation to maximise benefit.

BTW, I UPDATED THE 'MISC' SECTION OF MY BLOG. I ADDED MY BDAY WISHLIST. NOT THAT URE OBLIGED TO BUY ANYTHING, BUT IT MAY JUST HELP IF URE LOST ON 8SEPT. HAHA! ;D

i was initially quite upset,felt an inexplicable sense of lost.but i realised ruxiang's actually gone to a better place,and as i think abt her,she's probably already taking her steps to Daddy joyfully.i thank God for putting her in my YI camp grp,for the times we shared.for so many things.

anw,i'm actually quite proud of myself for going to chuch even though i dreaded since charmaine's off to china for holiday.but i went eventually and am glad i did.

oh and i dropped by cosbt to pass yvonne the choc cake i baked for her (man,was one luscious cake).kinda wished to stay for a while to talk to her since we havent talked for a looong time but couldnt cause youth fellowship was starting at eternal life assembly.

hmm.abit worried for a certain somebody cause i just viewd her friendster & thr were gangsters writing her friendster ttms (an idiot would pressume the gangster to be her friend too so yea i've got reasons to worry) & she shouldnt mix with those kinda ppl.she's still too young to tell good frm bad ppl.its dangerous.plus, her sch environment, her dressing, etc really calls for my precious attention.
